1. Return Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Returns:
– Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
1.2 Return Process:

– Provide the order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return. The sales team will confirm if the items can be returned or not.

1.3 Return Shipping Costs:
– The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
– We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility:
– Refunds will be processed for items that meet the return eligibility criteria as stated in Section 1.
– Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
2.2 Refund Process:
– Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
2.3 Partial Refunds:
– Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
3.1 Reporting Damages or Defects:
– Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
– Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

– For damaged or defective items, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
4. Exchanges

– Once the original item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped, however a restocking charge may have to be applied.
